401 UNAUTHORIZED

I have copied a DB over fron Dev to prod, created a new web app and site collection, deleted content DB and added old one and am receiving this error message when attempting to access the site.

Cannot insert duplicate key

Has anyone seen this error in sharePoint?


Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.UserMemberships' with unique index 'CX_UserMemberships_RecordId_MemberGroupId_SID'.
The statement has been terminated.

Sharepoint IPC Error

Hello, ,in checking my application event logs, I receive the following error with event IDs 6398, 7076, 7119:

Message: Failed to connect to an IPC Port: The system cannot find the file specified.
