Has anyone seen this error in sharePoint?


Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.UserMemberships' with unique index 'CX_UserMemberships_RecordId_MemberGroupId_SID'.
The statement has been terminated.

Sharepoint IPC Error

Hello, ,in checking my application event logs, I receive the following error with event IDs 6398, 7076, 7119:

Message: Failed to connect to an IPC Port: The system cannot find the file specified.
